Who we are
Gilvon Software Solutions was founded on in Nairobi, Kenya. We design and build websites, mobile and desktop apps, custom software and AI automation for businesses, schools, churches and organisations across Kenya.
We build for how Kenya actually works: phones first, M-Pesa for payments, WhatsApp for customer conversations, and pricing in shillings that you can read before you speak to anyone.
What we build
- Websites: Landing pages, business sites and e-commerce stores with M-Pesa checkout.
- Mobile and desktop apps: Android, iOS and Windows/Mac software with admin dashboards and backends.
- Custom software: POS and inventory, school management, HR and payroll, delivery platforms and CRMs.
- AI and automation: AI chatbots, AI features for websites, and WhatsApp business automation.
- Growth and care: SEO, website redesign, maintenance, domain and hosting setup.
How we work
- You message us. Tell us about your business on WhatsApp or the booking page. We reply within a few hours during business hours.
- Free consultation and written quote. We discuss your goals, recommend the right solution and send a clear quote in KES.
- Deposit, then we build. A 50% deposit by M-Pesa starts the work. You see progress on a private link and send changes over WhatsApp.
- Launch and support. You pay the balance when you approve the work. We then give 30 days of free support, with optional monthly maintenance after that.

Where we work
We are based in Nairobi and work with clients across Kenya. Projects are run remotely over WhatsApp, phone and email, so location is not a barrier.
